ALICE’s Sohee Celebrates Christmas At Newlywed Home After Marrying 15–Year-Older Businessman
On December 17th, Sohee posted a photo on her personal channel with the caption, “Our tree is working hard”. In the photo, she poses cutely in front of a decorated Christmas tree in her newlywed home. Dressed in a black cardigan and black pants, Sohee showed off her glamorous figure against the cozy backdrop.
According to the music industry on April 26, member Sohee (real name Kim So-hee) of 3rd gen girl group ALICE is getting married to a businessman who is 15 years older.
Sohee’s agency, OK Company, stated to Seoul Economy Star, “Sohee’s exclusive contract expires next week,” revealing that the female idol has decided to retire from the entertainment industry along with her marriage. Given that she is only 25 years old, fans expressed surprise and disappointment at her sudden marriage and retirement announcement.
However, regarding other ALICE members, they stated, “Each member has a different remaining period on their exclusive contracts. They are managing their individual schedules and plan to discuss future directions gradually,” adding, “The members are congratulating Sohee on her marriage.”
Born in 1999, Sohee gained recognition after finishing as the runner-up on SBS’s “K-Pop Star 6 – The Last Chance” in 2016. She debuted with ALICE the same year and appeared in the TVING series “Duty After School” last year.
Meanwhile, Sohee plans to showcase her final work as a celebrity with the upcoming movie “The Informant”, marking the close of her entertainment career.
