Images and videos purportedly showing DRIPPIN’s Minseo with a woman have gained significant attention online, sparking a heated debate among netizens. The images, shared by a Weibo account, allegedly depict Minseo spending time with a woman in what appears to be a private setting, possibly inside a home. In the pictures, the pair can be seen lounging and eating together, with one image showing the woman sitting on Minseo’s lap.
The woman, who is reportedly Chinese but currently living in Korea, is an influencer with around 70,000 followers on Douyin. She has also shared similar photos of the two of them together, revealing their faces. The screenshots and clips show the man—believed to be Minseo—scrolling through a tablet and phone, providing further clarity on the identity of the individual.
As expected, the leaked content has led to an outcry from fans and netizens alike. Many have taken to social media to express their disappointment and surprise. Some comments include, “Kim Minseo will find out his idol career is over when he wakes up,” while others accuse the idol of hurting his fans. One user even questioned, “Why did he privately contact fans who always go to his fansigns?”
The controversy surrounding Minseo dates back to September when rumors about his relationship with the same Chinese influencer began circulating. This new wave of images has reignited those discussions.
Moreover, in February 2022, Minseo was also revealed by Youtuber Sojang to have sent affectionate messages to a fan in private and got rejected. According to the private KakaoTalk messages leaked by “Sojang“, the male idol shows that he especially cares about this fan (A).
He was revealed to often prioritize getting close to A’s camera so that A can take close-up photos of him. He also let A decide his outfit, opened up about his difficulties after debut to A, even writing A letters to show his affection.
Meanwhile, Minseo, who gained attention as a contestant on Produce X 101, debuted as a member of DRIPPIN in October 2020 under Woolim Entertainment.
