“Gyeongseong Creature” with Park Seo-joon and Han So-hee’s chemistry
On December 22nd, Netflix’s original series “Gyeongseong Creature” will release Part 1 of Season 1. Part 2 is planned for January 5th, 2024.
Set in Sprind 1045, this drama tells the story of two young people who confront a monster born of greed and fight for survival. Since the production stage, it has already raised high expectations by heralding the collaboration of top stars Park Seo-joon and Han So-hee. Therefore, the production team immediately confirmed the production of Season 2 even before the premiere of Season 1.
Han So-hee is a popular actress who has made continuous hits, from “The World of the Married” to “Nevertheless”, “My Name” and “Soundtrack #1”. Apart from Park Seo-joon and Han So-hee, the drama also stars trustworthy actors, such as Soohyun, Kim Hae-sook, Jo Han-cheol and Wi Ha-joon. “Jeongnyeon” starring Kim Tae-ri, Shin Ye-eun, Ra Mi-ran and Moon So-ri
“Jeongnyeon” brings about a splendid lineup of actresses, from Kim Tae-ri, to Shin Ye-eun, Ra Mi-ran and Moon So-ri. It has been scheduled to air in 2024 on tvN.
Known as the drama adaptation of a Naver webtoon of the same name, “Jeongnyeon” is highly anticipated as “The Red Sleeve” director Jung Ji-in and “A Time Called You” screenwriter Choi Hyo-bi joined hands to make it. Set in the 1950s after the Korean War, “Jeongnyeon” portrays the growth of Jeongnyeon (Kim Tae-ri), a talented girl as she joins a theater group.
IU’s new drama “You Have Done Well”
IU’s upcoming acting project “You Have Done Well” will be released as a Netflix original series in 2024. Centering on the adventurous lives of Ae-soon, a rebellious girl born in Jeju, and Gwan-sik in the 1950s, the series was created with the collaboration of “When the Camellia Blooms” & “Fight For My Way” writer Lim Sang-choon and “Signal”, “Misaeng” & “My Mister” director Kim Won-seok.
Director Kim Won-seok is famous for his ability to capture the characters’ emotions in detail, leading viewers to empathize with the characters and immerse themselves in the drama better. Therefore, the chemistry of Park Bo-gum and IU under Kim Won-seok’s directing is raising viewers’ curiosity.
Unexpected global syndrome “All of Us Are Dead”
Netflix’s original series “All of Us Are Dead”, which was introduced for the first time in January 2022, is preparing for Season 2. Describing the situation in a high school where the zombie virus suddenly spread, “All of Us Are Dead” shows how the students fight for their survival while waiting for rescue from outside.
Season 1 was made based on the content of a webtoon, while Season 2 will tell a story different from the original work. With the appearance of Season 1 main cast Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo, Romon and Jo Yi-hyun in the introduction video, Season 2 is expected to continue Season 1 with more developments, not a separate story.

Director Lee Il-hyung’s First Drama “Karma”
After highlighting Hwang Jung-min and Kang Dong-won’s bromance in the movie “A Violent Prosecutor”, director Lee Il-hyung will challenge making a drama for the first time.
Directed and written by Lee Il-hyung himself, “Karma” is a crime thriller about characters getting entangled in bad relationships that they cannot escape. The cast lineup has been confirmed to include Park Hae-soo, Shin Min-ah, Lee Hee-joon, Kim Sung-kyun, Lee Kwang-soo and Gong Seun-yeon.
The drama is being produced and has not yet scheduled a release date. However, there is a high possibility that it will premiere in 2024.
