The recent 2024 Hanteo Music Awards have “traumatized” netizens with a series of unfathomable behavior from attendees.
On February 19, the 2024 Hanteo Music Awards (hereinafter referred to as “2024 HMA”) was held with the attendance of numerous K-pop stars.
However, instead of drawing attention with satisfying and outstanding performances, the 2024 HMA can only be remembered as a mess with numerous unfathomable behaviors from attendees.
For starters, according to fan accounts, some people shouted at ZB1’s Kim Jiwoong to demand him leave the group after the “cursing controversy”. As a result, a fight broke out between Kim Jiwoong’s fans and others.
In addition, the 2024 HMA did not have enough security guards, leading to idols themselves having to delegate and calm fans.
Most shockingly, various attendees revealed that a person pooped in the standing area, while another pissed themselves due to them being unable to reach the toilet in time. As these incidents occurred near the artists’ seat area, the stench reached the stage, and many idols could be seen covering their noses and making tight expressions.
On top of all this, some people even had sex in the standing area during ZB1’s performance. This leads to used condoms being found in the venue’s trash bin.
A fansite of ZB1’s Sung Hanbin also lost consciousness after being hit by a lightstick, rousing concerns.
The poor crowd management and unfathomable behaviors at the 2024 has been the talk of town both in and outside of Korea.
