On March 30, BLACKPINK’s Lisa posted on her official account, “Thank you everyone for making my 27th birthday even more special. Overwhelmed by all the love and still can’t get over this day.”
Accompanying the post were photos showing Lisa enjoying her birthday party with close friends.
Earlier, on March 27th, Lisa unveiled a video titled “Special Birthday Q&A with Lisa” on her own agency, LLOUD’s channel.
In this video, Lisa unexpectedly revealed her house. Last January, she purchased a standalone house in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, for $6.3 million.
The building is known to have been previously owned by a chaebol family, spanning one basement floor and two above-ground floors.
Lisa said, “I’ve never decorated a house like this before. I’ve never even had a birthday party here. I’m grateful for the first time it’s been decorated so beautifully.”
She also hinted at a solo comeback. Lisa said, “I definitely want to release an album this year. I’m looking forward to being able to focus more on myself this year. Of course, I have a strong desire to continue challenging myself with new styles. I’m challenging myself with a lot of new things.”
