Examining the real estate registry, the Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse that Hyun Bin purchased on June 5, 2020, has an exclusive area of 330㎡ (approximately 100 pyeong) and was bought for 4.8 billion KRW.
The transfer of ownership was completed on January 6, 2021, the following year after receiving the property. It is known that the final payment was made entirely in cash.
The Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse has a structure of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Including the rooftop garden, the total supply area is about 126 pyeong.
After marrying Son Ye-jin in March 2022, Hyun Bin started his newlywed life in this penthouse. Later that year, in November, they welcomed a son.
