Fans are urging Jang Won-young and An Yu-jin to leave Starship after their contracts expire over concerns about IVE’s management.

The more I think about it, the angrier I get.
It’s not like Starship isn’t making money off IVE, yet they don’t even take proper care of them. If they had maintained the same level of song quality, choreography, and concept after the third album, I would have accepted it.
But instead, the quality keeps dropping, and now even the concept photos look like they were bought from a stationery store. It’s beyond frustrating.
Do they think Jang Won-young and Ahn Yu-jin are pushovers? They alone have 17 individual brand deals right now.
If the company still doesn’t get its act together, I really hope Won-young and Yu-jin don’t renew their contracts and leave.
Fans aren’t asking for much – we just want IVE’s song and choreography quality to return to the level of their early albums or even higher.

1. If Annyoungz (nickname for Jang Won-young and Ahn Yu-jin duo) wants to become world stars, they need to leave a mid-sized company. That’s the only way their ad fees will change, and they’ll be able to do even better.
2. Honestly, since they can continue group activities even if they’re in different companies, I hope they at least consider whether to renew their contracts.
3. Seeing Kiiikiii’s unedited photos… it feels like the MV was filmed to make them look as stunning as possible. If IVE had been filmed with that level of quality, it would have been legendary ㅜㅜ
4. I used to hope that the group would stay together for a long time under the same company, so I also wished they would continue with Starship. But after the deepfake incident, I felt like this wasn’t right anymore. I just hope they can leave safely. If they renew their contracts, it seems like they’ll be neglected, but if they don’t, I’m afraid they might face even worse situations. Either way, it looks really scary.
5. Seo Hyun-ju (founder and vice president of Starship Entertainment), Starship, please wake up. If you don’t get it together now, Starship is bound to go downhill.
