On June 11, aespa’s Winter uploaded a series of casual snapshots without any caption on her Instagram.
The photos showed her posing on a staircase, dressed in a sleek all-white outfit—white T-shirt paired with white sweatpants. She completed the look with rolled-up sleeves and a navy blue ball cap, adding a subtle streetwear vibe.

However, what caught fans’ attention wasn’t just her fashion. A large, dark bruise was clearly visible on her delicate wrist, sparking immediate concern among fans. The image of Winter’s bruised arm stood out, especially as the group prepares for their highly anticipated comeback.
Fans flooded the comments with messages like:
- Is that a bruise on her hand?
- Please take care of yourself
- What happened to your wrist?
- Are you hurt? That bruise looks bad.
- Why is your hand like that?
The worry intensified as Winter and aespa are gearing up for the release of their new single “Dirty Work” on June 27 at 1 PM (KST). The release includes a physical album with four tracks: a Flo Milli feature version, an English version, and an instrumental.

aespa will also launch their third world tour with the Seoul concert “2025 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK : aeXIS LINE” at KSPO DOME from August 29 to 31.
While fans are excited for aespa’s return, Winter’s visible injury has them hoping she’s staying healthy behind the scenes.
