Netflix’s “Agents of Mystery” Returns With New Cast in Season 2 – Gabee Joins, Lee Eun-ji Departs
Netflix’s popular mystery variety show Agents of Mystery is officially gearing up for Season 2, with some notable cast changes.
According to exclusive reports, comedian Lee Eun-ji will not be returning for the new season. Instead, Gabee, a dancer known from “Street Woman Fighter,” will join the team as a new member.
Agents of Mystery follows a special investigation team tasked with solving bizarre cases that regular departments can’t handle. The show is directed by Jung Jong-yeon, the mastermind behind acclaimed variety programs such as “The Genius,” “Great Escape,” “Girls’ High School Investigation Class,” and “The Devil’s Plan,” all of which built a rich and immersive mystery entertainment universe.
Season 1, which aired in June last year, was divided into two story arcs across six episodes. The second story, “Into the Deep,” set aboard a submarine with research staff being killed by mysterious creatures, received particular praise for its intense atmosphere and storytelling.
Following the success of Season 1, fans flooded Netflix with requests for a continuation.
