Ahreum Shares Message About T-ARA’s Bully Scandal? ‘Once Trash, Always Trash’”
On December 3, Ahreum wrote, “Once trash, always trash. This is an unchanging truth,” leaving fans and followers curious about the target of her pointed remark. This comes shortly after she posted another controversial message: “They’re making me angry again, completely unaware of the situation. Should I just expose everything?” Ahreum previously broke her silence about the long-standing T-ara bullying controversy, and her new statement has drawn further attention.
Revisiting the Bullying Scandal
Last month, the bullying allegations within T-ara resurfaced due to comments from Kim Kwang-soo, the former CEO of Core Contents Media, confirming that T-ARA did not bully former member Hwayoung. Hwayoung later wrote on Instagram, saying she was indeed bullied but decided to forgive the group.
As the scandal resurfaced, past incidents also came to light, including threatening text messages that Hwayoung’s twin sister, Hyoyoung, reportedly sent to Ahreum. In those messages, Hyoyoung allegedly threatened Ahreum, saying, “Let’s fight till you’re covered in dust,” and, “I’ll scratch your face so you can’t appear on TV.”
Ahreum’s Statement
Ahreum recently addressed these issues, providing her perspective for the first time. She explained, “Hwayoung unnie always cared for me, perhaps because I was a new member, and I was grateful for her support. But after the injury incident and subsequent conflicts among the members, I found myself walking on eggshells. From that point on, I had no one to lean on.”
She also confirmed, “There was a misunderstanding later, and Hyoyoung unnie apologized to me for it.” Despite this, Ahreum made it clear that her time in T-ara left her deeply scarred, stating, “For me, T-ara is nothing but a painful memory.”
Life Beyond T-ara
Ahreum has faced her share of personal ups and downs. Last year, she made headlines by announcing her divorce and remarriage simultaneously. She welcomed her third child last month and, shortly afterward, revealed her fourth pregnancy on November 4, just a month later.
