Ailee tied the knot with former actor and now-entrepreneur Choi Sihoon on April 20, surrounded by love and blessings from family, friends, and fellow celebrities. On April 22, Ailee shared a wedding video on her SNS, personally announcing the news to her fans.

“Everyone~ I got married! I walked down the aisle on April 20 with congratulations from so many guests!!”

She continued, “Thank you so much to both families, all my senior, fellow, and junior artists, friends from the U.S. and Korea, and of course, to all the fans who cheered me on from afar and everyone who has supported Ailee with love.”

Ailee added, “We’ll continue to support, respect, and love each other generously—please cheer us on to become a beautiful couple. We’ll live happily! Keep watching us!” Notably, she lightened the mood by adding the hashtag “#soldout” on her post, showing her cheerful spirit as a bride.

Ailee and Choi Sihoon reportedly met through a mutual acquaintance and dated for about a year before tying the knot. The couple had already registered their marriage back in August of last year, making them legally married before the ceremony.

The wedding took place in a quiet and intimate setting at a wedding hall in Gangnam, Seoul, attended only by close family and friends.

Fellow singers Baek Ji Young, Lee Mujin, and Mighty Mouth performed congratulatory songs at the event, with many friends from both Korea and the U.S., along with celebrities from the entertainment industry, joining to celebrate the couple’s future.
