Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg and Red Hot Chili Peppers to Perform at Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony

On August 8th (local time), Variety reported that Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg and Red Hot Chili Peppers will take the stage at the closing ceremony.

All three artists will be seen from Los Angeles in a mix of pre-taped and live performances.

Previously, the opening ceremony featured performances by Lady Gaga, Céline Dion and Aya Nakamura.

However, given that the opening ceremony received mixed reviews, there is interest in whether the closing ceremony can make up for it.

Additionally, Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles—the host city for the next Olympics—will attend the closing ceremony to receive the Olympic flame. The 2028 LA Olympics are scheduled to take place from July 14th to 30th, 2028.
