A solo song of BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, “All Eyes On Me”, has surpassed 100 million streams on music platform Spotify
Jisoo’s “All Eyes On Me” has achieved 100 million streams on Spotify, marking the second-highest record among the songs sung by Jisoo.
Jisoo made her solo debut on March 31 last year with the title track “Flower”. Her first single album “Me”, which includes the title track “Flower” and the B-side “All Eyes On Me” sold 1,172,351 copies in just a week, making it the first million-seller album by a female K-pop solo artist.
At the time, the well-known British music magazine NME evaluated that “Flower” clearly shows Jisoo expressing herself as a solo artist, while Billboard stated that Jisoo has clearly proven her abilities as a solo artist with this album. Rolling Stone praised that starting with ‘Flower,’ the world will pay attention to Jisoo’s future endeavors.”
Meanwhile, Jisoo is expected to continue group activities with BLACKPINK under YG Entertainment and collaborate with her brother’s company for solo endeavors.
