On February 18 (local time), US media outlet reported that BLACKPINK’s Lisa will be launching her own comic company, Lalisa Comics, in partnership with Zero Zero Entertainment. It is known that Lalisa Comics takes its name from Lisa’s full name, Lalisa Manobal.

Additionally, the company will make its debut with the comic “ALTER-EGO: THE OFFICIAL COMIC,” a companion to Lisa’s upcoming solo album, “Alter Ego”.
This 56-page project is inspired by the theme of Lisa’s album “Alter Ego”, focusing on five different characters (named Roxi, Kiki, Vixi, Sunni, and Speedi) to showcase unique aspects of Lisa’s personality. As described in a release, “ALTER-EGO: THE OFFICIAL COMIC” tells a story that “embodies transformation, courage and unity.”

The visuals are illustrated by Japanese artist MINOMIYABI, while the story is written by Lisa herself.
Regarding this collaboration, Frankel, the CEO of Zero Zero Entertainment said, “Working with Lisa represents an entirely new level of opportunity and prestige. She is undeniably one of the biggest stars in the world, making this collaboration both an incredible honor and a significant milestone for us. What I find particularly fascinating is that she’s not just a global icon but also one of the most exceptional performers of our time. That level of artistry and dedication to excellence is always inspiring to collaborate with.”

Previously, Lisa has teased about these “alter egos” as different versions for her album, raising high anticipation among fans.
