On January 13 (local time), VMAGAZINE released its pictorial and interview with BLACKPINK’s Lisa in an article titled “V152: Four Seasons of Lisa”.
In this interview, Lisa discussed her various experiences, schedules, music journey, and recalled her 1st acting experience.
Particularly, regarding her upcoming solo album “Alter Ego”, Lisa said, “It’s my first full solo album. I released an EP a few years ago, just two songs, but I wanted to branch out now and experiment with different types of sounds and to have that creative control.”
Then, when reflecting on her busy year of 2024, Lisa confessed, “I’m proud of every single thing, but if I really, really have to pick a favorite, I would say the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.”
Lisa then explained why she couldn’t meet with fans as much as she’d like, citing her “insanely packed schedule”.
She later recalled her first acting experience while on the set of “The White Lotus”, saying, “This was my first acting gig, so when I started, I had to prepare so many things. It’s a whole new world to me. I was all over the place. But on the first day of the shoot, everybody was so supportive. Mike White…oh my God, I love him. He was super chill and told me I was doing a good job. I couldn’t believe it.”
Finally, the female idol expresses her love for her home country, Thailand, stating, “I love Thai culture. Some people already know how incredible it is, but I feel like ‘The White Lotus’ is a chance to let the world know more about Thailand and its beauty…and it was really fun to shoot. My mom came to set and I had a nice time with her, too.”
On the other hand, Lisa previously drew massive attention as netizens speculated about her rather suspicious role in “The White Lotus”.
