BoA Reveals She Argued With Lee Soo Man Until 4 AM Over “Knowing Bros” Appearance
BoA, who appeared on Knowing Bros alongside Sung Si Kyung, admitted she was initially hesitant to accept the invitation. The reason? Her past experience with the show didn’t sit well with Lee Soo Man. “When the offer came in, I had a conversation with Lee Soo Man,” she shared.
Imitating Lee Soo Man, she said, “You were really boring last time. If you’re going back, at least prepare an impression or a dance.” She explained that her co-guest during that episode, Lee Sang Yeob, had done several impersonations, which made her appear more subdued by comparison.
The conversation prompted a laugh from cast member Lee Soo Geun, who quipped, “Asking a global star to prepare impersonations? That’s so old-school.”
BoA recalled defending herself, saying, “I told him Kang Ho Dong was acting weird. He kept making me do strange things and wouldn’t react to anything I did.” This left the cast in stitches, especially when BoA likened the experience to being on “Star King.”
