On June 28, BTS’s Jin officially kicked off his solo fan concert tour ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR’ (Run Seokjin Episode Tour in Goyang) at the Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium in Goyang, South Korea. The concert will continue through June 29, signaling the start of an extensive global fan journey.

The tour is a spin-off from Jin’s self-produced variety content “Run Seokjin” on BTS’s official YouTube channel. The name reflects his symbolic journey to personally meet global fans, embodying both excitement and heartfelt connection.

Ahead of the concert, Jin shared his thoughts: “I’ve prepared with all my heart to bring happiness and fun to ARMY. I hope you enjoy the show with me.”

One of the highlights of the fan concert is the powerful fan sing-along, or “ttechang.” Jin expressed, “I want everyone to jump and sing along. If this moment becomes a joyful memory for all who attend, I’ll be truly happy.”

Guest performer Choi Yena joined Jin on stage on June 28, lending her support. She previously featured on Jin’s mini-album Echo released on May 16, collaborating on the track “Loser.” Fans are eager to see what chemistry the two artists will showcase live.

At today’s concert, fans were especially moved by the thoughtful detail on the commemorative towel given out at the venue. The towel included the message: “You’ve waited a long time. I missed you so much. I’ll sing for you endlessly.” This simple yet emotional phrase captured Jin’s sincerity and deep affection for ARMY.
