According to Biz Korea on November 28, the villa, located in the UN Village in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where Suga once lived on a lease, is being purchased by Choi Jin-min, the founder of the boiler manufacturing and sales company Kiturami Group, and his wife, Kim Mi-hye, former director of the Kiturami Welfare Foundation.

The couple reportedly signed a purchase agreement and applied for a provisional registration of ownership transfer rights with the court before completing the final payment. Ownership of the property will be split, with Choi holding a 25% share and Kim owning 75%.

The villa features a duplex structure with a private area of 268.96㎡ (81 pyeong), a supply area of 320.7㎡ (97 pyeong), and a total sale area of 411㎡ (124 pyeong).

Notably, this property is known to have been Suga’s residence until recently. In November 2018, Suga purchased another luxury villa in UN Village, Hannam Riverhill, for 3.4 billion KRW, where he lived before moving to Parc Hannam in November 2021. At the time, the 9.5 billion KRW deposit for the lease was reportedly covered by his agency, Big Hit Music.

Currently, Suga resides at Nine One Hannam, where he moved in May of this year. Nine One Hannam is home to numerous celebrities, including BIGBANG’s G-Dragon and actor Bae Yong-joon with his wife, Park Soo-jin. G-Dragon gained attention for purchasing a penthouse with exclusive rooftop terrace access in March 2022 for 16.4 billion KRW, paid entirely in cash.
