According to Sports World on May 9, Cha Eun-woo participated in the Army Band interview that day. His agency Fantagio confirmed, “Cha Eun-woo attended the Army Band interview. However, since we do not yet know the result, we ask for your understanding that we cannot provide further details.”
The Army Band accepted applications at the end of March and held the interview today (May 9) at the Ministry of National Defense Band Unit located in Seoul National Cemetery. The final results will be announced on the Military Manpower Administration website on May 29.
If Cha Eun-woo is accepted, he will enter basic training in July and then begin his service in the Army Band.
Cha Eun-woo is currently filming Netflix’s new series “The Wonder Fools”, in which he plays the role of Lee Woon-jung. He is also set to appear on the big screen in the film “First Ride”, playing the character Yeon Min.
