On the preview released on February 16, Cha Joo-young appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel of “Yoo Quiz on the Block” and talked about various topics, including her experiences with “The Queen Who Crowns” and “The Glory,” as well as the rumors about her being born with a “golden spoon”.
In particular, MC Yoo Jae-suk began by mentioning that Cha Joo-young had originally studied business administration at Utah State University in the U.S. Then, Jo Se-ho mentioned, “There are rumors that you’re from a wealthy family in the financial industry,” bringing up the “financial heir” rumors surrounding Cha Joo Young.

To address the rumors, Cha Joo-young denied this, explaining, “Not at all. It’s true that my father works in finance, and so do my relatives. Growing up, I naturally assumed I would follow that path because it seemed impressive. But I didn’t study abroad because I wanted to. I was suddenly sent away within a week while I was doing ballet.”
Cha Joo-young revealed that she was unexpectedly sent to study in Malaysia instead of the U.S. because her parents wanted her to gain experience in the Asian market first. Yoo Jae-suk then joked, “If you hadn’t become an actress, you might have ended up as a fund manager or analyst in finance, making headlines and eventually ending up on this show anyway.”
Cha Joo-young explained that her strict, patriarchal upbringing made her believe acting was never an option for her. The actress also shared a story that her father had once offered to pay a penalty for her to quit acting. Cha Joo-young responded with laughter, saying, “I don’t even know how much the penalty is,” drawing a humorous reaction from everyone.
Additionally, Cha Joo-young revealed that she had undergone a grueling two-month-long audition process for “The Glory”. She recalled, “I had to audition with the same script every week. I wondered, ‘Why haven’t they eliminated me yet?'”
Cha Joo-young also shared behind-the-scenes stories from her time working with her co-star, actress Lim Ji-yeon, on “The Glory”.

In a heartwarming fan story, Cha Joo-young shared, “Fans said they were going on a group retreat (MT) and wanted to give them something delicious,” which warmed the hearts of those listening.
