Career
Thanks to her innocent appearance, actress Chae Soo-bin has been loved by many fans ever since her debut. Compared to her relatively young age and little acting experience, her acting skill is very good, proving her as a promising actress.
After gaining attention by participating in various advertisements, Chae Soo-bin made her acting debut in the 2014 drama “His and Her Thursday”, starring Cho Jae-hyun and Bae Jong-ok. After that, she continued to play small roles in “The Diary of a Resentful Woman” and “Spy”. In 2015, she took on her first main roles in “House of Bluebird” and “Sassy Go Go” and left a deep impression on the viewers.

In When the Phone Rings, Chae Soo Bin portrays Hong Hee Joo, who enters into an arranged marriage with the male lead Baek Sa Eon (played by Yoo Yeon Seok). Initially a perfect “power couple” from equally prestigious families, the pair must maintain the facade of a happy marriage in front of others for three long years. Adding an intriguing twist, Baek Sa Eon lost his ability to speak due to a childhood accident, while his role as a spokesperson ironically requires him to communicate sparingly.
Dating Rumors
In July 2015, rumors surfaced about a romantic relationship between actress Chae Soo-bin and professional baseball player Koo Ja-wook of the Samsung Lions. The speculation began after an Instagram photo captured Koo Ja-wook walking arm-in-arm with a woman believed to be Chae Soo-bin near Seoul Station, instead of heading to Daegu after the 2015 KBO All-Star Game.
Initially, opinions were divided, with some asserting it was Chae Soo-bin, others denying it, and some unsure. However, clues began to surface, such as matching phone cases, a comment from a colleague on Instagram saying, “Love you, pretty,” and the arm-in-arm photo.
