With the legendary performance of G-Dragon, Daesung, and Taeyang at the recent 2024 MAMA Awards, BIGBANG has become a hot topic of interest again – not only in Korea but also in China.
As a result, discussions about T.O.P are also resurfacing in the China mainland, with a Chinese actress allegedly admitting to her past relationship with the former BIGBANG member.
In particular, Niki, also known as Yi Yizi, shared a short video on her account on the Chinese SNS platform, Weibo. In the video, she talked about her own adventure at MAMA, and T.O.P seemed to be referred to as her “ex”.
Specifically, the video included a part where the voice said, “Your ex’s groupmates just appeared on MAMA”.
On the other hand, back in 2016, Niki published a photo of herself standing aside T.O.P, leading to dating rumors. However, despite speculations spreading all across the net, neither parties confirmed nor denied them.
Meanwhile, T.O.P, who left BIGBANG, is set to appear on Season 2 of the Netflix smash hit “Squid Game”. Teasers have revealed him to be a villain of sorts. Additionally, he hinted at a 2025 comeback, replying “2025” as the year he will return under a fans’ comment.
