Late Actor Choi Jung-woo Mourned by Co-stars Moon Hee-kyung and Ahn Jae-wook

On May 30, actress Moon Hee-kyung posted a touching message accompanied by a photo from the set of their MBC drama All Kinds Of Daughters-In-Law, where she played Choi’s on-screen wife.
“I found a photo from our happy filming days. Choi Jung-woo sunbaenim, please continue to show great acting wherever you are. I miss you. You were the best,” she wrote.

Reflecting on their time together, she added,
“Just having him on set gave me strength,” highlighting the veteran actor’s presence and warmth.
That same day, actor Ahn Jae Wook also paid tribute with a somber post and a candid photo of the two seated side by side.

“Please pray with me so our hyung can go to a good place without loneliness,” he wrote, stirring emotions among fans and colleagues alike.
Veteran actor Choi Jung-woo’s passing came as a shock to many. His agency, Bless ENT, confirmed that the actor had no known underlying illnesses, refuting earlier reports of long-term health conditions. The funeral was held quietly on May 29 at Kimpo Woori Hospital Funeral Hall, and he was later laid to rest at the Suwon Yeonhwa Crematorium.
