Ailee Breaks Down in Tears After Choi Si-hoon’s Confession: “You’ve Been Through So Much Since Meeting Me”
On May 29, a video titled “We went on our honeymoon to Dubai and the Maldives!” was posted on Choi Si-hoon’s YouTube channel “Choi Si-hoon, the Ultimate Husband.” The video features Ailee and Choi Si-hoon, a newlywed couple, enjoying their honeymoon in the Maldives.
During a dinner scene, Ailee asked Choi Si-hoon, “What were you going to say earlier?” In response, Choi Si-hoon shared, “If I hadn’t met you, I don’t think so many people—strangers—would be congratulating me like this.”
He continued, “Even before we came on our honeymoon, when I went shopping for shoes and hats, people kept saying, ‘Is that you?’ and offered extra things to congratulate me. I get a lot of ‘Please take care of our Ailee’ vibes.”
Choi Si-hoon went on to express his heartfelt feelings, saying, “Being with you makes me feel like I’m experiencing a greater happiness that I wouldn’t have otherwise. It’s like my ‘blessing gauge’ was at this level before, but meeting you has raised it this much.”
Moved by his words, Ailee teared up. She said, “I’m getting emotional because you’ve been through a lot of hardships since meeting me, haven’t you?” Choi Si-hoon replied, “Of course, there have been tough times, but the gratitude and happiness I feel are far greater.” Ailee, touched by her husband’s words, responded, “Hearing you think that way makes me feel so grateful and relieved. Otherwise, I might have thought it was all just pain and hardship.”
Meanwhile, Choi Si-hoon has previously faced rumors about being a former host bar worker after appearing on Single’s Inferno. He has strongly denied these claims and recently announced through his agency that he would take legal action against those spreading false information.
