On the upcoming episode of KBS2’s “Boss in the Mirror” airing on October 13, Park Myung-soo acknowledges Jeong Ji-sun’s title as a star chef by saying, “Now it’s not just Jeong Ji-sun; it’s star chef Jeong Ji-sun.” This has drawn attention as Chef Jeong Ji-sun recently gained popularity by reaching the TOP 8 on “Culinary Class War”.

Park Myung-soo continues to refer to her as “star chef Jeong Ji-sun” every time she speaks, while Jun Hyun-moo remarks, “This guy is now calling her a star chef?” pointing out Park Myung-soo’s change in attitude. Park Myung-soo responds, “It used to be Chef Jeong Ji-sun, but now it’s star chef Jeong Ji-sun,” revealing his desire to ride the wave of Jeong Ji-sun’s popularity on the show, which brings laughter to the studio.

Meanwhile, a North Korean defector named Lee Soon-sil approaches Jeong Ji-sun warmly, “I communicate well with boss Jeong Ji-sun” and “We have a good understanding.” Park Myung-soo, feeling uneasy about this, responds sharply to Lee Soon-sil, “Do you know how well Chef Jeong Ji-sun is doing? Don’t do that,” showing his intention to keep the spotlight on himself and eliciting laughter from everyone in the studio.

On the other hand, Chef Jeong Ji-sun shares her unique perspective on peer evaluations. She expresses her dislike for this system, which involves employees and their supervisors evaluating each other. Jeong Ji-sun firmly states, “I don’t like it. I feel that being evaluated will create a negative cycle. Even if there’s something to learn from the employees, discussions can lead to trouble, so it’s better not to hear it,” reflecting her culinary philosophy.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s “Boss in the Mirror” airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM (KST).
