ENHYPEN Agency Issues Strong Response After Stalker Illegally Films Sleeping Members in Dorm

In the June 30 statement, BELIFT LAB declared zero tolerance for ongoing invasions of privacy, calling the mental and physical toll on ENHYPEN “extreme.” “Despite multiple warnings, repeated intrusions into our artists’ privacy have continued and worsened,” they stated.
The incident was immediately reported to authorities under charges of trespassing and violation of the Act on Punishment of Stalking Crimes. The suspect was caught red-handed and is currently under police investigation. BELIFT LAB confirmed full cooperation with law enforcement to ensure proper legal consequences.
The agency also raised concerns about fans illegally acquiring or forging personal information, such as phone numbers and addresses, often for profit. “Repeated contact and visits to private locations induce fear and cause serious harm,” the agency emphasized.
BELIFT LAB further addressed malicious online behavior, confirming they’ve collected evidence through fan reports and 24/7 monitoring, and are actively filing legal complaints for defamation, slander, and sexual harassment.
A stern warning was also issued to those forging IDs or impersonating others to attend fan events, noting that violators will face permanent bans and potential criminal charges.
ENHYPEN, formed in 2020 through I-LAND, recently made a comeback with their 6th mini album ‘DESIRE : UNLEASH’ on June 5. As the group continues to rise globally, the agency reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the members from stalking and malicious behavior.
