ENHYPEN Exposed Shocking Breaches of their Privacy, Revealing Alarming Incidents of Harassment
On March 5, BELIFT LAB, ENHYPEN’s agency, issued a statement through Weverse, highlighting the severe privacy violations the artists have been facing.
The agency stated, “Acts that threaten the safety of the artists and invade their privacy have escalated to a serious level. In response, we are actively taking legal actions, including measures to protect the artists.”
They explained that certain individuals have been engaging in illegal stalking by hiring delivery drivers or chauffeurs to infiltrate the artists’ residence, take photos, and sell them. BELIFT LAB has started legal proceedings using evidence like CCTV footage.
Additionally, the agency revealed that illegal activities, such as using purchased information to travel on the same flights as the artists and repeatedly filming them in private spaces, have become more frequent. BELIFT LAB is working closely with law enforcement, collecting evidence and tips from fans, and actively pursuing legal actions, including reports and lawsuits.
The agency ended by urging fans to reject such stalking behaviors and assured them they would continue striving to protect the artists.

- Measures Regarding Invasion of Artist’s Privacy and Illegal Stalking Activities
Recently, serious illegal stalking activities have occurred, where individuals have orchestrated delivery drivers or chauffeurs to invade the artists’ residence, take photos, and sell them. In response, we have initiated criminal proceedings based on evidence such as CCTV footage.
Furthermore, illegal activities such as using purchased information to board the same flights as the artists, and continuously filming them in private spaces, have been frequent. All of these actions are causing serious harm to the artists and are clear cases of stalking against their will.
We are constantly collecting evidence to identify the perpetrators of stalking. With the evidence and tips from fans, we are actively pursuing reports and legal actions. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement to ensure a prompt investigation.
- Measures Against Organized Distribution of False Information to Defame the Artists
We have identified that certain individuals are organizing efforts in online chat rooms to spread rumors about the artists or sell related information in an attempt to threaten them. We are actively gathering evidence for these illegal actions and are taking strong legal measures.
The following illegal activities are being thoroughly investigated:
- Organizing the spread of false rumors and attacks against the artists.
- Following the artists to invade their privacy.
- Illegally obtaining and selling the artists’ personal information and private videos.
- Constantly calling and sending inappropriate messages to the artists’ phones.
- Other acts that infringe upon the artists’ privacy.

- Guidance on Airport Order and Safety
Due to the large crowds at airports during international travel, both the artists and fans, as well as other airport passengers, are at risk of safety threats. We urge fans to follow the following guidelines for the safety and order at the airport:
- Avoid actions that obstruct the artists’ movement at the airport.
- Refrain from attempting excessive physical contact with the artists.
- Avoid taking close-up photos or videos in restricted areas of the airport where filming is prohibited. Additionally, selling and purchasing flight information is illegal. Recently, an airline staff member who sold flight information was caught after an investigation. We ask fans not to support or condone the sale of the artists’ personal information.
Finally, individuals involved in stalking behaviors will be restricted from participating in artist-related events. We have reported multiple stalking incidents and the police are currently conducting investigations.
