Ex-T-ARA Areum Announces Birth of Third Child and Pregnancy with Fourth “Not an Abortion”
In the meantime, Areum’s recent status was shared. On October 1st, Areum posted a photo of her newborn daughter on her personal account, saying, “I’m sure all the questions about my child will be answered now.”
She continued, “There were all sorts of speculations, saying I had an abortion or that I got rid of the baby. It hurt me to think that my baby, who deserves nothing but love, had to hear such rumors. Please refrain from speaking carelessly about children who deserve to be loved.” She added, “I am resolving the issues one by one. I am currently taking legal action against the malicious articles and people who have been harassing me and trying to exploit me.“
Additionally, on November 4th, she announced that she was pregnant with the second child with her current boyfriend. This will be her fourth child. Her boyfriend posted an ultrasound photo and wrote, “After having our first child, we’re already expecting our second. It’s been 8 weeks. Since we’re expecting our second, both Areum and I will live more healthily and focus on our future.”
Areum opened an AfreecaTV channel on April 5th and did her first live broadcast. She said, “I turned this on to answer everything you’re curious about”.
Areum continued, “I’m pregnant now. I’m still dating my boyfriend. The problem is not when I got pregnant, but rather taking responsibility for the child.”
A live broadcast viewer then asked, “Is your boyfriend a scammer?”. In response, Areum replied, “He’s neither a scammer nor an ex-convict. He already filed a complaint in this regard”.
Earlier on April 1st, Dispatch reported Areum and her fiancé A’s fraud. Accordingly, the two borrowed money from acquaintances and fans, using hospital expenses for the children and divorce proceedings fees as excuses, but did not pay them back. The media outlet even disclosed the court’s judgment regarding A in the process.
In a call with Dispatch, Areum stated, “We never borrowed money. I got hacked. Don’t call me again”.
Later, she released an Instagram Story complaining of unfairness. She criticized reporters for claiming that her report of her ex-husband’s child abuse was false and emphasized that the money requests made to fans were due to hacking.
Meanwhile, Areum joined T-ara in July 2022 but left the group in the following year. Later, she married a businessman and had two children. In December last year, Areaum announced the divorce from her ex-husband and her plan to remarry her boyfriend A at the same time. Last month, she accused her ex-husband of child abuse, gambling, and domestic violence.
