A recent activity of Jini (previously Jinni), a former member of JYP girl group NMIXX, has sparked speculations about her possible career change.
Previously, Jini suddenly left NMIXX, shocking fans and the public alike as opinion ran wild about possible reasons. However, the female idol still received a lot of support, with her SNS account attracting a huge number of followers.

She also dropped a solo album, but it has been a year ever since the female idol’s last release, leading to rather varied speculations.
The most popular one is that Jini has basically become an “influencer”, whose main activity seems to be SNS updates instead of actual schedules. Certain criticism also started to arise regarding the female idol’s alleged “insincere attitude”.

However, it seems that Jini isn’t exactly staying idle, as netizens recently spotted a female idol on the banner of Japanese clothing site GRL, with various other photos of Jini wearing clothing items appearing once clicked on her banner.
The site in question also previously worked with influencer Song Ji-ah (Zia) and singer Mikami Yua.
Upon seeing the strong model vibe exuded from Jini through the photoshoot, some suspected that Jini has changed her career path to modeling, given the lack of music release from her recently.
However, others believe that one photoshoot doesn’t necessitate a complete career change.
