Former WINNER Member Nam Tae-hyun’s Ex Girlfriend Accused Him Of Threatening Her With Intimate Photos

On June 16th, Seo Min-jae made a Brunch story saying “The Dating Abuse I Had Suffered.” “I had a loved one person before,” Seo said. “He was the one who I loved to the point that ‘when he is sick, I am in pain because I can’t be sick instead of him.’ However, I found out that abuse can exist even in such a relationship.”

“One day, I got a call from that person while he was drunk. He texted me on social media saying that I destroyed his life by revealing our bad secrets and that he would never let not only me but also my family keep our heads up again,” she said.

The following story is even more shocking. “Next, he sent me very personal photos which he clearly said he had deleted, saying, ‘I guess you can’t predict what the situation will turn out to be.’ I replied, ‘It’s no use sending them to me.’ But then he replied, ‘Then I will send them somewhere else.’

“I thought this person could never do something like this,” said Seo, “His close friend was in a similar situation, and she chose to make an extreme choice that must have been hard and painful because the malicious comments towards her were a catalyst. The person (ex-boyfriend) even wrote a song to pay tribute to her, so I thought this person, who was her friend, would never do that.”

Seo Min-jae continued, “I thought it was inevitable that he resented me because it was me and my SNS post that exposed his drug problem. So I wrote an agreement that I would not file a civil or criminal complaint with his text.”

Finally, she said, “There is no end to revenge for each other’s mistakes. I am trying to live by slowly relieving my resentment toward others and against myself. I hope the other person does the same,” stressing that people who suffer from domestic abuse should ask for help.

Seo Min-jae did not publicly mention the man’s name, but many believe it was Nam Tae-hyun. In 2022, Min Soo-jae accidentally revealed Nam Tae-hyun and she used drugs in a social media post while being high. She was charged with drug use and sentenced to 10 months in prison and two years of probation in January at the first trial.

Currently, Seo is working part-time at a cafe and has changed her name to Seo Eun-woo.
