During the episode, Jonathan praised the members for their remarkable talents and noted that their “YG Genes” were particularly evident. This comment highlighted BABYMONSTER’s strong connection to YG Entertainment, a label known for producing some of the biggest names in the music industry. The group also reflected on their special performance at the recent 2NE1 concert, which underscored the legacy of YG artists and their significant impact on the music scene.

A standout moment in the interview was when Jonathan mentioned the legendary G-Dragon and his involvement in BABYMONSTER’s upcoming title track, “DRIP.” Asa, a member of the group, excitedly shared that G-Dragon not only contributed as a composer but also recorded the demo for the song. “It was an honor,” she exclaimed.

Asa also described the challenge of emulating G-Dragon’s distinctive style during the recording process. Initially, she felt flustered and intimidated by the task, but she was determined to give it her all.
