On February 19th, a media outlet reported that G-Dragon’s third full-length album ‘Übermensch’, which will be released on the 25th, will include a song in which he collaborated with Anderson Paak. Regarding this, his agency Galaxy Corporation was tight-lipped.

Anderson Paak previously said in an interview released in August of last year about the possibility of collaborating with G-Dragon, “He’s a good friend of mine. I have plans to work with him.” In particular, the two are known to have met in person once in May of last year and revealed their friendship.

According to an earlier report, aespa’s Karina will reportedly appear in G-Dragon’s new music video.
Meanwhile, previously on February 12, G-Dragon unveiled the official poster for his highly anticipated 2025 WORLD TOUR Übermensch.
His agency, Galaxy Corporation, announced that the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR Übermensch IN KOREA, presented by Coupang Play, is scheduled to take place on March 29 and 30 at 6:30 PM (KST) at the Goyang Sports Complex in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang. This tour follows his 2017 WORLD TOUR ACT III: M.O.T.T.E, which set records as one of the largest solo tours in history.
The official poster, released via his fan SNS accounts, has already captivated audiences. It features G-Dragon’s full-frontal shot, following previous teasers of his silhouette from behind and the side. His intense gaze and unconventional hairstyle exude an aura of mystery and power, leaving a lasting impression.
As part of the tour, G-Dragon will also be releasing his long-awaited studio album “Übermensch” on February 25. Fans can look forward to performances of pre-released tracks POWER and HOME SWEET HOME, alongside new songs such as TOO BAD, DRAMA, IBELONGIIU, TAKE ME, BONAMANA, and GYRO-DROP.
Additionally, the concert will feature legendary hits that have solidified his status as a global icon. Given G-Dragon’s history of delivering groundbreaking performances that exceed expectations, anticipation for his return is at an all-time high among fans worldwide.
Previously, G-Dragon premiered his new single at the 2024 MAMA taking place at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, on November 23rd. This new release is particularly special as BIGBANG’s Taeyang and Daesung joined him on stage, completing the group’s lineup.

Taeyang and Daesung have collaborated with G-Dragon on his new single as featured artists, naturally creating the first collaborative work of BIGBANG’s current three members. While attention is focused on G-Dragon’s new song and performance, the fact that all three BIGBANG members will be seen together in one frame is expected to heighten global K-pop fans’ anticipation to its peak.
As referenced in his recent single “POWER,” G-Dragon is demonstrating his “power” by releasing another new song less than a month after his October 31st release.
Furthermore, G-Dragon is expanding his activities across all categories by arranging BIGBANG’s complete performance with Taeyang and Daesung at 2024 MAMA. As previously stated, G-Dragon, who mentioned having bigger plans and vision for BIGBANG, is keeping his promise to fans as the group’s leader.

BIGBANG’s last complete group performance was their final concert before military enlistment, which included all five members including the troublemaker Seungri and T.O.P who left the group in January 2017. Despite subsequent challenges due to military service and member departures, the group has recently solidified its three-member system led by G-Dragon’s return to active promotion, alongside Taeyang and Daesung. This 2024 MAMA stage will mark BIGBANG’s first complete performance in 7 years and 10 months.
The three members previously made an appearance together at Taeyang’s solo concert TAEYANG 2024 TOUR [THE LIGHT YEAR] in September, though this was an impromptu reunion rather than an official performance. Nevertheless, many fans were moved by their appearance and showed their support.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon kicked off his activities with the pre-release single “POWER,” marking his comeback after 7 years and 4 months. Taeyang is currently on tour with “THE LIGHT YEAR,” while Daesung is actively appearing on broadcasts and running his YouTube channel “ZIP DAESANG.” The channel recently gained attention when G-Dragon and Taeyang appeared together, marking the complete BIGBANG trio’s appearance on entertainment content.
