On the third episode of MBC’s “Good Day”, which aired on February 2nd, G-Dragon appeared alongside various stars born in 1988, including actors Kim Soo-hyun, Lee Soo-hyuk, Im Si-wan, Hwang Kwang-hee, and Jung Hae-in.

On this day, G-Dragon visited Kian84’s studio with Code Kunst. As a longtime fan of G-Dragon, Kian84 passionately sang BIGBANG‘s song “Still Life” in front of the male idol. After finishing the song, Kian84 mentioned that he had seen an article about BIGBANG’s retirement while he was on his way to an amusement park.
Surprised by the sudden mention of retirement rumors, G-Dragon responded, “I never said that,” looking puzzled. Then, when Kian84 added, “It was in the news. I was really sad,” G-Dragon jokingly replied, “I came back because you like me so much.”

Kian84 then expressed his admiration, saying, “Thank you, Ji-yong (G-Dragon’s real name), for coming back. You belong with the public.” Meanwhile, G-Dragon also revealed that he had gifted Kian84 a keyring upon their first meeting. He shared that when he checked his chat with Kian84, he found a message sent two years ago.
The message, written by Kian84, expressed his gratitude, saying that G-Dragon had inspired him a lot while he was drawing webtoons in his younger days. He added that meeting G-Dragon in person had been one of the items on his life’s bucket list, warming the atmosphere.
On the other hand, despite the all-star line-up of G-Dragon’s “Good Day”, the show failed to live up to expectations, sporting poor ratings. G-Dragon, who recently returned with the studio album “Übermensch”, is doing well on digital charts, but has also faced criticisms for controversial lyrics in his song “Too Bad”.
