Earlier on the 23rd, G-Dragon performed at the Gala des Pièces Jaunes Event, which took place at La Défense Arena in Paris, France at the invitation of France’s First Lady Brigitte Macron, known as Chairman of Hospitals Foundation.
This is a charity event hosted by Opération pièces jaunes of Hospitals Foundation in order to raise funds for the construction of hospitals for children and mental healthcare for teenagers.
It seems that G-Dragon and Taeyang met President Macron at this event.
