An entertainment insider revealed to JTBC Entertainment News on the 22nd, G-Dragon and PD Kim Tae-ho have joined forces for a new variety show and the first filming session recently took place.
On top of this, a short two-second video clip capturing the first shoot, which was shared by a netizen on social media sparked curiosity. It showed G-Dragon walking through the streets with his face covered, heightening anticipation.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon and PD Kim Tae-ho share a special bond that dates back to their time on MBC’s “Infinite Challenge”, where G-Dragon made a memorable appearance during the special “Infinite Challenge Song Festival”. Here, he created a remarkable synergy with the cast, delivering comedic entertainment and leaving a lasting impression.
Their new variety content is expected to feature short episodes. While the program’s title has not been finalized, tentative working titles like “GD and Friends” and “Good Day” are being considered.
The show reportedly stems from several meetings between G-Dragon and Kim Tae-ho as they collaborated on ideas G-Dragon had been pondering ahead of his comeback. It is slated for release next year (2025).
