G-Dragon’s Show to Air Next Year with All Star Cast, Featuring Self-Composed Songs with Various Artists

“Good Day” (formerly known as “GD and Friends”, a TV show featuring G-Dragon alongside his all-star acquaintances, will be broadcasted on MBC.

According to new reports, “Good Day” is a music project where G-Dragon will complete the song of the year with people from various fields. G-Dragon will directly produce and present the process of telling the stories of various people through music as a reality show. It is expected that you will be able to enjoy G-Dragon’s “variety genius” side, who has shown his entertainment sense with his witty talk, and his “bouts of genius” in music moments while in the recording studio.

A Music Show Filled with GD Songs

This program is said to have started from an idea suggested by G-Dragon himself, which leads to even more attention.

G-Dragon, who is resuming his full-fledged activities after 8 years, expressed special affection for this project. He shared the thoughts he had during his hiatus, saying, “The memories of the singers I admired as a child singing on the same stage and laughing and singing with my brothers at the ‘Infinite Challenge Music Festival’ are still good days.”

“What if we set up a stage for that day that everyone is hoping for?”, he asked himself, prompting the preparation for “Good Day”.

It is revealed that G-Dragon has started planning songs that will feature various artists. The lyrics will be filled with the stories of various people he meets during the project. Through this program, G-Dragon plans to collaborate with people from various fields using music as a medium to create special songs that can commemorate the year.

Previously, the entertainment world came abuzz with excitement as details emerge about “Good Day”, directed by the renowned Kim Tae-ho. The show, centered around global superstar G-Dragon, boasts a star-studded cast, including actors Jung Hae-in, Kim Soo-hyun, veteran actor Hwang Jung-min, actress Kim Go-eun, comedians Jung Hyung-don and Jo Se-ho. The girl group aespa and SEVENTEEN member Hoshi are reportedly in discussions to join.
