According to IZE on December 4, KBS announced the results of its music review that morning, ruling “HOME SWEET HOME” ineligible for broadcast.

Released on November 22, just a month after “POWER”, “HOME SWEET HOME” gained significant attention, topping various charts despite its surprise release. The track also garnered buzz for featuring BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung.

The song conveys a heartfelt message about returning to their “sweet home”—the fans—and emphasizes that they never truly left, resonating deeply with listeners.

KBS cited the ineligibility as stemming from lyrics that violate Article 46 of the Broadcast Review Regulations, which restrict advertising effects, due to the mention of specific product brands. This case is similar to Jennie’s “Mantra”.

Songs deemed ineligible by KBS can be resubmitted for review after modifying or removing the problematic content. Only after receiving approval can the song be aired on KBS programs, including TV and radio.

Meanwhile, other tracks were also deemed ineligible in KBS’s latest music review, including Ksher’s “Isu Station”, Moon Chan-young’s “Jump Over the Wall”, Unchained Tiger’s “Accidentally Want to Succeed” and ONiLL’s “Day Trip”, all for violating the same regulation by mentioning specific product brands.
