On the May 24th episode of JTBC’s “Knowing Bros”, members of girl group I-DLE (recently rebranded from (G)I-DLE), including Soyeon, Miyeon, Yuqi, Minnie, and Shuhua made a guest appearance, bringing energy and candid stories to the show.
In this episode, Kang Ho-dong, who was feeling playful, jokingly asked Soyeon if she got gum her hair. It is known that previously, Soyeon suddenly shaved her head and so is now sporting a bleached buzz-cut.
To everyone’s surprise, Soyeon responded seriously, “We actually put gum in my hair for our music video, and I had to cut it off. But how did you know? The music video hasn’t even been released yet!”
She then revealed, “I used clippers for the first time. It was even shorter at first.” Despite the bold look, Soyeon embraced it with confidence. Her fearless attitude once again highlights why she’s seen as one of K-pop’s most daring idols.
On the other hand, the same episode also had Miyeon talking about her habitual tardiness. According to the female idol, she has been trying to fix such a habit, to the point of holding in going to the bathroom.
