Go Kyung-pyo Explains His Unique Fashion On “Zico’s Artist”, “Not Easy To Do It Like I Did”

Actor Go Kyung-pyo met with Zico in the recent recording for KBS2’s entertainment program “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist”.

The two mentioned the viral scene of when Go Kyung-pyo reacted to Zico’s performance of “Any Song” at an awards ceremony last year. Explaining the situation back then, Go Kyung-pyo said, “I had been so excited from the beginning of the Blue Dragon Film Festival ceremony, but when I saw Zico, my tension increased even more”. In response, Zico commented, “I guess Go Kyung-pyo really enjoyed the performance”, and jokingly added that Go Kyung-pyo had stolen his song.

Having a free-spirited personality, Go Kyung-pyo made headlines with his hime cut and appearance changes before and after starting a project. In this regard, the actor said, “If I don’t keep my body skinny, I won’t receive any scripts. That’s unfortunate”, emphasizing that he goes on a diet to prepare for his acting. 

In addition, Go Kyung-pyo’s fashion also created hot topics recently. Pointing at a picture of Go Kyung-pyo’s unique outfits, Zico wondered, “Did you take the selfie even when looking like that because you were satisfied with it?”. Go Kyung-pyo replied, “There’s no right answer for everything in this world. It’s not easy for others to pull off that outfit as well as I did”, adding that he would enjoy it even more if people liked it.

After debuting on “Zico’s Artist” as a singer, Go Kyung-pyo shared, “I always wanted to sing in front of many people. What an interesting experience. My mind just blew up”, expressing his happiness. The actor showed off his singing skills by performing Lyn’s “I Loved You”, a song by John Legend and a special duet with Zico. 

The new episode of the music talk show KBS’s “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist” will air at 10 p.m. on June 14th.
