Actress Go Sung Hee has revealed that she gave birth to a daughter last year and has since been focusing on childcare, marking her first public update in over a year.

In particular, on April 30, her agency told media outlet OSEN, “Go Sung Hee gave birth to her daughter last year and recently held a party to celebrate her first birthday. She is currently focused on childcare and is carefully considering her next project.”

The update resolved long-standing fan speculation about her hiatus from the spotlight. Many had wondered why she had not been active since finishing the ENA drama “Gaus Electronics”, and some even speculated about retirement following her low-profile marriage.
