On April 17, a new video was uploaded to the YouTube channel Free Wife Han Ga-in, featuring guest YouTuber CharlesEnter.
In the video, Han Ga-in asked CharlesEnter how old she was. She replied, “I’m 25 years old in international age,” adding, “It’s not really time for me to be thinking about marriage yet.” The show’s staff playfully commented, “But you got married at 24,” prompting laughter.
Han Ga-in responded candidly, “Exactly. Can you imagine how much I regret marrying that early? Think about it.” CharlesEnter then said, “But you’re my role model. You married the right person in one go.” Han Ga-in quickly advised, “No. That’s actually very risky.”
“I got married early, but I think I was just lucky,” she continued. “I didn’t have the ability to read people properly, and I just happened to end up with a good person. At that age, you don’t really have the insight to choose the right person.”
She further explained, “I’m not saying you should date around and cheat or anything like that. But you do need to meet various people. That’s how you learn about your own personality, the other person’s traits, and whether or not you’re compatible. You need that experience.”
CharlesEnter chimed in, “I want to get lucky too.”
“I want to meet someone good without going through trial and error. I want to say later in life that I had no eye for people but got lucky, just like you,” she added.
Han Ga-in married fellow actor Yeon Jung-hoon in 2005 at the age of 23, and the couple now shares a son and a daughter. Their beautiful love story has long captured the hearts of fans, especially as they’ve appeared together on variety shows, showcasing undeniable chemistry.
