Despite their best efforts to keep it secret, their coworkers had already been aware of their romance and eventual breakup, making it difficult for Han-ah to continue working in the same company as her ex.

In the clip, Ji-yoon, sensing Eun-ho approaching from afar, uncharacteristically closes the elevator doors right in front of him—unlike her usual polite gesture of holding them open. This follows their mutual agreement the night before to “keep things professional at work and clearly separate business from personal matters”. However, later, Eun-ho subtly signals to Ji-yoon after finishing a schedule report and even attempts to lower the blinds in the CEO’s office. Ji-yoon quickly rebukes him “Stop making it so obvious and behave properly”, prompting a disheartened Eun-ho to leave the office. Watching him go, Ji-yoon can’t help but burst into laughter, delivering a mix of secretive thrills and playful excitement that comes with a hidden romance.
