Henry Shows Unexpected Bromance with Choi Daniel after Pro-China Controversy
After a long period of silence, Henry is returning to the spotlight through the new YouTube variety show “ChoiDa Cheese”.
Once caught in controversy for his pro-China stance, Henry is now heading to Saipan to embark on an unexpected bromance trip with actors Choi Daniel and Lee Hyun Woo.
In particular, the special Saipan episode of “ChoiDa Cheese” airs on July 11 at 7 PM via the YouTube channel M:USB. Here, the final mystery cast member, teased in earlier episodes, has now been revealed to be Henry, completing the trio of unlikely travel companions.
“All three of us have been working hard, but people think we’ve been on a break,” Choi Daniel explained, addressing the group’s reasoning for the show. Hearing this, Lee Hyun Woo, known for his low public exposure outside of acting, admitted, “I’ve barely been on variety shows or YouTube. I was surprised to be asked.”
Meanwhile, Henry added, “It’s even weirder since I’ve never met Choi Daniel or Lee Hyun Woo before. Are we really going on a trip together?”
What makes their chemistry interesting is the lack of any previous relationship or shared backstory. Yet as the journey unfolds, their dynamic quickly develops. Choi Daniel and Henry create nonstop banter, while the usually quiet Lee Hyun Woo gradually taps into his hidden variety skills.

His actions sparked major backlash in Korea, and many are still skeptical about his motives.
