HIGHLIGHT Touched Fans With BEAST’s Hits At Concert After Getting Back The Name From CUBE

HIGHLIGHT (Yoon Doo-joon, Yang Yo-seop, Lee Ki-kwang, and Son Dong-woon) held their solo concert “LIGHTS GO ON, AGAIN” at KSPO DOME at Olympic Park in Seoul at 6 p.m. on May 11th (KST).
After going through a mutual agreement with Cube Entertainment in April, the group is finally able to use the trademark rights of “BEAST,” their past group name. As if to commemorate this, the members performed BEAST’s hit songs such as “Bad Girl,” “Shock,” and “Special” at this concert.
HIGHLIGHT members said, “You can shout as much as you want now,” making fans excited as they introduced themselves, “Hello, we are BEAST,” as a group.

Lee Ki-kwang then said, “We can stand in front of you as BEAST and HIGHLIGHT. BEAST and HIGHLIGHT, BEAUTY and LIGHT, combining those words we have “heart” and “love.” We all stood during a historic moment as one.”
Then, Son Dong-woon added, “We thought about the story flow when deciding the setlist for today. In the beginning, we sang HIGHLIGHT’s songs, and in this section, which shows our past, we will sing songs from our days as BEAST, and in the last section, we will sing the future. What is important is that we are together from the past to the present, to the future,” expressing his affection for his fans.
Meanwhile, Highlight’s solo concert “LIGHTS GO ON, AGAIN” in Seoul will be held one more time at KSPO DOME on May 12th. It will be held as the group’s Asia tour in Hong Kong, Bangkok in June, and Kaohsiung and Tokyo in July.
