Since it’s G-Dragon, I assume most people will listen to the entire album, including the previously released tracks 1 and 2. So, I listened to the full album from start to finish.
1. HOME SWEET HOME
A song featuring all BIGBANG members. Rather than feeling like a G-Dragon solo track, it carries a strong BIGBANG identity. The addictive synthesizer melody makes it the most mainstream and public-friendly song on the album, one that Korean listeners will likely enjoy the most.
2. POWER
Not necessarily a song for the general public, but it strongly reflects G-Dragon’s style. Despite maintaining the same beat throughout without any chord changes, it never felt boring. Personally, I think it’s a highly well-crafted track.
3. TOO BAD
The track I have the most to say about.
If I’m not mistaken, this is G-Dragon’s first solo comeback in 7–8 years. As the title track, it serves as the face of the album. However, I find it disappointing that almost half of the song is given to the featured artist. Did the feature truly enhance the track? Or was it just a replaceable verse with a no-melody chorus that G-Dragon could have easily done himself?
Since this is the title track of his first full album in years, it feels even more underwhelming. Of course, my disappointment comes from high expectations for G-Dragon. The song’s quality itself is undoubtedly solid, and I appreciate the well-balanced arrangement. However, rather than falling within the realm of K-pop, it leans more toward Western pop. I understand that this might be a reflection of current trends, but since G-Dragon has always been known for setting trends rather than following them, I personally find it a bit disappointing.
4. DRAMA
From the teasers, I thought it would have a similar vibe to “Untitled, 2014,” but it ended up having a unique feel. Most of the lyrics are in English, with some Korean and Chinese mixed in. Like “TOO BAD,” it leans toward the pop genre, but with a touch of G-Dragon’s ballad style.
There are no drums – only a piano and G-Dragon’s vocals – but despite being nearly four minutes long, the track doesn’t feel empty. My only gripe is its placement as track 4; I personally think the album’s sequencing could have been better.
5. IBELONGIIU
If the previous songs were Western pop infused with G-Dragon’s flavor, this one is purely a pop song. Fans who love G-Dragon’s music might not have expected this type of track.
It reminds me of Taeyang’s old song “Stay With Me”—if you’ve heard that, you’ll get the vibe. That said, the catchy chorus makes for an easy and pleasant listen.
6. TAKE ME
The funky beat and G-Dragon’s vocals instantly transport me back to 2010. The distinctive verses strongly resemble the vibe of GD&TOP’s “Don’t Go Home.”
If you want to relive G-Dragon’s youthful energy, this is a must-listen. Highly recommended.
7. BONAMANA
As the album progresses, G-Dragon’s signature style becomes more prominent. This track features only a guitar and G-Dragon’s vocals – no drums, no electronic elements – yet it remains engaging throughout. The Latin-inspired sound stands out, and despite the minimal arrangement, it never gets dull. This is a testament to G-Dragon’s ability to hold a listener’s attention with just his artistry.
8. GYRO DROP
This feels like a deliberately crafted outro track. The unique arrangement is intriguing, and G-Dragon’s rap complements it well. That’s all there is to say – it serves its purpose as an album closer.

Comments:
1. What’s so satisfying? The whole thing was bad from start to finish.
2. Everything except “Home Sweet Home” was honestly bad… I don’t get why hip-hop tracks always need sexual lyrics. “Too Bad” was only decent in the Anderson Park part of the chorus… And why was Karina even there? No synergy at all. What is this? Feels like waiting forever to try some high-end omakase because of rave reviews, only to find it underwhelming and ending up making instant ramen at home instead… “Untitled, 2014” is still the best for me.
3. The title track feels way too much like a ’90s pop song.
4. Honestly, it’s a bit disappointing.
5. Nasal voice ╋ throat scratching max.
6. Aren’t you just too obsessed with G-Dragon’s old vibes? He’s taking on a new challenge, but you seem stuck in the past.
