According to the US ticket-selling site Ticketmaster, as of July 18, 5 out of 7 concerts in HyunA’s solo US tour have been canceled, likely due to poor ticket sales.
In addition, the 2 remaining performances in Dallas and Seattle are facing the same risks, as both show lackluster ticket purchase from fans.
At this rate, it seems that HyunA’s US Tour is likely to be canceled entirely – and the blame can be put on her decision to date and marry Yong Jun-hyung.
Particularly, under posts about HyunA’s canceled concerts, a lot of fans express displeasure, leaving comments such as “All she needed to do was avoid dating a sex predator” and “This downfall is literally heartbreaking to see but she did it to her damn self”.
Some also revealed that prior to HyunA’s marriage announcement, there has been huge demand, but most fans have decided to boycott the tour as they cannot stand by HyunA’s decision.
On the other hand, HyunA’s husband-to-be, Yong Jun-hyung, is heavily condemned by fans as he received an explicit video from the major perpetrator of the “Burning Sun” scandal, Jung Joon-young, made comments about it, and never reported his friend.
