Meanwhile, previously on March 11, IU appeared as a guest on the YouTube entertainment show “Salon Drip 2,” hosted by comedian Jang Do-yeon. During the show, she shared updates on her life and discussed her upcoming Netflix series, “When Life Gives You Tangerines.”
As “Salon Drip 2” reached its 81st episode, IU expressed her enthusiasm for the show, saying, “This was the program I wanted to be on the most.” She also mentioned having watched Park Bo-gum’s episode, adding, “I really enjoyed the episode featuring Bo-gum,” showing her admiration for her co-star.
Talking about her role as Ae-soon in “When Life Gives You Tangerines,” IU described her character as “someone with a tender heart but a sassy and outspoken personality.” She continued, “If Ae-soon existed in real life, I think we would be very close friends. He even cried when he was on this show, didn’t he?”
