IVE’s An Yujin Modifies Choreography to Avoid Revealing Outfits in Front of Young Fans

On the February 7 broadcast of The Seasons – Lee Young-ji’s Rainbow, the chart-topping girl group IVE made a guest appearance.
IVE opened the show with a band version of their recent music show-winning song “REBEL HEART.” Even after finishing his own performance, singer Jung Seung-hwan sat in the audience and cheered enthusiastically for IVE’s stage.

Jang Wonyoung fondly recalled, “I remember watching a clip of you doing the scorpion dance in the past. You did it even better than me, and I laughed so much.”
Spontaneously, host Lee Young-ji suggested that Jung Seung-hwan perform “LOVE DIVE” with IVE, leading to a rare and unexpected collaboration.
As a close friend of An Yujin, MC Lee Young-ji jokingly remarked, “Yujin gave me a ‘REBEL HEART’ mission. She keeps making me do things.” An Yujin playfully responded, “A younger sibling I cherish made a really difficult request. You can say no if you want… but I’d really like you to do it.” Despite playfully complaining, “Ugh, I’m tired of this,” Lee Young-ji performed her own version of “REBEL HEART,” earning high praise from IVE.

Meanwhile, IVE has cemented its status as a new-generation favorite among children, performing for 440,000 fans worldwide on their tour and engaging in various activities.
Regarding this, Lee Young-ji commented, “Kids, especially toddlers and elementary school students, love beautiful things. If they like something, it must really be beautiful.” She then asked, “Don’t you want to showcase diva-like moments on stage?”
An Yujin reflected, “There was a time when I wore a revealing outfit and performed a bold routine. Afterward, we had a moment to greet fans one by one, and I noticed there were so many young children.” She continued, “That night, I thought to myself, ‘Do I really need to show such bold performances to these young kids?’ So I decided to modify the choreography.” She then humorously added, “Positive influence?” making everyone burst into laughter.
