K-Pop Rookie Group IZNA to Return in June Without Main Vocalist Yoon Ji-yoon

K-Pop rookie sensation IZNA is gearing up for a comeback in June 2025, as confirmed by their agency WAKEONE on May 16. The group, formed via Mnet’s survival program I-LAND 2: N/a in July last year, officially debuted in November 2024 as a multinational seven-member act. However, their trajectory was abruptly paused when main vocalist Yoon Ji-yoon went on hiatus in February due to health concerns—just three months after debut.

WAKEONE stated,
“IZNA is currently focusing on preparations for their June comeback and is in the final stages of producing new music.”
While fans had hoped for Ji-yoon’s return, the agency confirmed that she will not be participating in this comeback. Her continued absence marks the group’s second major activity without one of its key vocalists.
IZNA made waves with their digital single “SIGN”, released in April, securing two music show wins and charting high on both domestic and international platforms. Their polished performances and strong stage presence earned them the title of “Global Super Rookies.”

The group appeared at KCON JAPAN 2025 and is slated for upcoming performances at KCON LA, Summer Sonic (Japan’s biggest music festival), and KT POP 2025 in Taiwan, further expanding their international reach.
Despite debuting less than six months ago, IZNA‘s career momentum has been rapid. Their upcoming June release is poised to open a new chapter in their story of growth, perseverance, and global ambition.
Further details regarding their comeback schedule, concept, and promotional content will be revealed progressively through IZNA‘s official social media channels.
