Jennie, who is constantly traveling around the world to meet her professional obligations, opened up about the physical toll it takes on her body. She explained, “Jet lag disappears. As I move from country to country, my body just can’t keep up anymore.” With a candid tone, she mentioned that the overwhelming demands of her schedule had recently caused her to feel unwell.
She then reflected on her experience with BLACKPINK, saying, “Maybe it’s lucky, but because I’ve done it with BLACKPINK, I’ve experienced crazy busy times before.” This acknowledgment of her past struggles surprised the host, Jung Jae-hyung, who seemed taken aback by how much Jennie had endured throughout her career.
Jennie further opened up about the emotional aspect of her life, saying, “As I’ve lived this life for a long time, I’m starting to feel sad about it. I really don’t want to continue. If I were a regular person, even just one week’s schedule would be enough, and I’d say, ‘This is enough.’”
Despite the exhaustion and burnout, she revealed that her passion for her work and the release of her first solo album pushed her to keep going. She added, “But having experienced it, and with the first album coming out, I still want to do everything. But while I’m managing, it’s not healthy.”

She said, “I honestly tell them, ‘Probably not. Really, probably not.’ This is something I only want to do in this life. There’s so much I have to endure.”
